Rosa Benlakhlef

Rosa Ouarda Benlakhlef is an Algerian education and public engagement professional committed to expanding opportunity for underserved communities through high-impact programming in youth leadership, women’s entrepreneurship, STEAM education, English language learning, and cross-cultural exchange. She designs and implements initiatives that equip women and youth with practical skills, mentor young leaders, strengthen academic teams, and foster civic engagement and global citizenship, with a consistent focus on measurable outcomes and sustainable growth pathways. As a multiple Exchange programs Alumna, she brings a global perspective to locally grounded work, combining strategic planning, operational rigor, and a strong belief in education as a catalyst for resilience, prosperity, and long-term social impact.
